POSTAGE
Postage will be charged at a flat rate of £1.50 within the uk. Postage outside of the uk will be £2.50. Any orders over £20 will be delivered free.

PAYMENT
Payment is via paypal, if you do not have a paypal account i will accept cheques or postal orders. Although the cheque will have to clear before any goods are sent. So please allow 3-5 days. Please contact me if if this method of payment is required.

RETURNS
Returns are accepted so long as the product is returned in it's orginal packaging and unworn, unless faulty then a replacement can be sent or a refund if you prefer. Earrings are non returnable due to hygeine, unless faulty again refund will be given.

BESPOKE
If you see a item on my webite which you would like to be made longer/shorter or in a different colour please contact me. Again with handmade cards, different wording etc.
